1. Rights and Obligations of 26M CASINO

  • The 26M CASINO Customer Service Department will handle alliance member registration and continuously monitor their betting activities. The alliance and its members must fully agree to and strictly comply with the membership regulations, policies, terms, and operational procedures established by 26M CASINO. 26M CASINO reserves the absolute right to reject or freeze any alliance/member accounts.

  • Alliance agents can log into the 26M CASINO agent backend at any time to view real-time betting activities of their members and overall platform data. The 26M CASINO customer service department will calculate commissions based on the effective betting volume of the agent's members according to the agreed plan.

  • 26M CASINO reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to commission ranges, commission plans, payment processes, and reference plan terms. All changes will be notified to the alliance via email or website announcements. If the alliance disagrees with the amendments, they may choose to terminate the agreement or contact the customer service department to file an appeal. If no written objection is raised, it shall be deemed acceptance of all amendments, and the alliance must strictly comply with the newly revised regulations.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Alliance Agent

  • The alliance shall actively and widely promote and sell various services of 26M CASINO to maximize mutual benefits for both the alliance and 26M CASINO. During promotion, the alliance must adhere to positive and legal marketing methods and ensure comprehensive and accurate communication of all relevant promotions and product information to members.

  • If the promotion methods chosen by the alliance (including but not limited to online advertising, offline activities, etc.) require related expenses, all costs shall be borne solely by the alliance.

  • Without written authorization from 26M CASINO, the alliance shall not copy, disclose, or distribute any business information related to 26M CASINO, including corporate logos, financial reports, game interfaces, platform designs, and text content. 26M CASINO reserves the right to pursue legal action for infringement. If business promotion requires it, the alliance should contact 26M CASINO to obtain official authorized materials.

3. Operational Rules and Terms

  • Without prior written approval from 26M CASINO, no alliance agent at any level may open multiple accounts or obtain commissions through 26M CASINO accounts and related personnel. Agents are strictly prohibited from using their own accounts to participate in betting activities. 26M CASINO has the right to immediately terminate violating accounts and freeze related gaming commissions.

  • To strictly protect member privacy rights, 26M CASINO will never provide member passwords or sensitive personal information to any third party. Agents shall not obtain member data or log into subordinate accounts by any means. If violations are discovered, 26M CASINO will cancel all bonuses and permanently terminate the cooperative account.

  • Each member under the alliance may only open one valid account. 26M CASINO has the right to require members to provide valid identification for verification and reserves the right to detect duplicate members via IP address. If multiple accounts are found in violation, 26M CASINO may terminate gaming services and freeze related account commissions.

  • Agents may not place real bets for themselves or other alliances. Each agent must maintain at least 5 active betting members per month. If this standard is not met or if there is fraudulent betting behavior, 26M CASINO has the right to terminate the agent's qualification and confiscate all generated commissions.

  • If a member under the alliance is banned from gaming or receives a deposit refund due to violation of platform rules, all commissions generated by that member will not be distributed. During 26M CASINO's verification of the credit card or bank account information used by the member, commission payments may be suspended until verification is completed.
